The Dutch Dairy Development Partners (DDDP) unites the dairy sector in the Netherlands, Kenya and Uganda. The Dutch dairy sector is innovative, highly specialized and internationally renowned.
Combing the knowledge of a century of dairy development in The Netherlands and the experience of our Kenyan and Ugandan -Dutch Partnerships we organize a comprehensive programme focusing on the total dairy value chain. The DDDP aim to be a ‘one stop shop’ for the dairy sector in Kenya and Uganda.
Visit ESADA Delegation
From 17-20 April, NABC’s valued partner ESADA (Eastern and Southern African Dairy Association) visited the Netherlands on a dairy-trade mission. The delegation consisted of 28 representatives from the public and private sector in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The delegation visited a dairy farm with Mueller equipment in Waarder, DDDP-member Van den Heuvel Dairy & Food Processing Equipment in Molenaarsgraaf, and Globemilk milk processing in Boxmeer.On Monday, NABC organized a ‘Dutch Dairy in Africa’ seminar in Utrecht, which was attended by over 20 representatives of Dutch dairy-companies and organizations.
The Netherlands-African Business Council (NABC) is the coordinator of the Dutch Dairy Development Partners (DDDP) Programme.
NABC is a leading network organisation providing a platform for enhancing business between the Netherlands and Africa. Our network consists of almost 350 members and ranges from large multinationals to small and medium sized companies in various sectors. Next to this, we have an extended network of around 5,000 African business contacts.
The NABC takes great pride in its promotion of Africa and the opportunities it has to offer, and in its ability to provide Dutch companies with all the tools they need to succeed in a whole range of African countries and markets. The ways for us to provide these tools is through our many events and trade missions throughout the year. But also through the programmes like the Dutch Dairy Development Partners and the Holland Africa Poultry Partners.
Announcement Dutch Dairy Africa Platform
Registration for the Dutch Dairy Africa Platform has opened! From May 2015 NABC will provide sector specific services to the members of the Dutch Dairy Africa Platform. All stakeholders in the dairy-sector with an interest in dairy business in Africa are invited to join the platform.
